Prior to placing your order please complete the following:

1. Complete a facility approval including details and pricing of the apparel and/ or promotional marketing materials you would like to order.

2. Once you receive your completed facility approval indicating that your request has been approved, log in using your facility specific email and password.

3. Select the items from the online store that were approved on your facility approval form. (Note: Please do not modify the order once you've received your approval. Modifying or exceeding the budget approval will result in the order being rejected and requiring the order to be re-submitted for the approval process.)

4. Once you have processed your order, you will receive an email outlining your pending order.

5. Orders are processed bi-weekly.

6. Once orders have been processed you will receive your order within 2 to 2.5 weeks.
